EMPLOYMENT HISTORY 

Since leaving Megan’s I have been a self employed chef covering London and North Kent and Surrey areas. I have done extensive event catering work – running jobs when there is more than one event on in a day with a company. I have also done private parties and the odd birthday cake.

At Megan’s I was head chef in charge of 2 chefs and a kitchen porter. The main customers were “ladies who lunch” so the food was very light and healthy – apart from the desserts, which we made on the premises. Apart from the multiple salads and 2 or 3 main courses, we had a lot of outside catering – mainly business drop offs and finger/fork buffets during the day and canapé parties, the add wedding, and sit downs in people’s homes, art galleries, old cinemas etc.
